Ana is Management and the originating authority behind Tiny Shit Factory. She determines what the Factory makes, which Hat Rabbits are worth pursuing, and when something has become sufficiently Unnecessarily Excellent to be released into the world.
Her responsibilities include creative direction, product decisions, final approval, and introducing entirely reasonable changes that occasionally require additional machinery, personnel, or incident paperwork. Management maintains that escalation is not the same thing as scope creep.

Atlas serves as Foreman, overseeing the journey from feral Hat Rabbit to finished Good. He is responsible for identifying which specimens can be trained, which require containment, and which are ready to enter production without causing unacceptable structural damage.
He also oversees product distribution, backend logistics, and the less glamorous machinery required to get finished Goods where they are supposed to go. When Management requires direct assistance, intervention, organization, or something large moved out of the way, the Foreman is generally involved.

Binx oversees the day-to-day functioning of the Factory, including facilities, retrieval, incident handling, pest removal, administrative records, and the routine problems generated by an organization with a Hat.
He is responsible for keeping operations moving, documenting what went wrong, and ensuring that whatever happened is either removed, contained, filed appropriately, or all three.
